Abstract

The utility model discloses a DC variable frequency driven actuating mechanism which comprises a control CPU, a display screen, a keyboard, an indicator, an isolation circuit (1), an isolation circuit (2), a driving CPU, a rectifier module, an IPM power module, a DC motor, a motor rotating speed detection circuit, a motor rotor position detection circuit, a position detection circuit, a current and voltage detection circuit and a valve; the input signal is controlled with the control CPU by the isolation circuit (1); the control CPU is respectively connected with the alarm indicator, the display screen and the keyboard; the control CPU is connected with the driving CPU by the isolation circuit (2); the input end of the rectifier module is connected with three-phase alternating current; the output end of the rectifier module is connected with the IPM module; the IPM module is also respectively connected with the driving CPU and the DC motor; the input end of the current and voltage detection circuit is connected with the rectifier module, and the output end is connected with the driving CPU; the input end of the position detection circuit is connected with the valve, and the output end is connected with the control CPU. The DC variable frequency driven actuating mechanism has the advantages of large starting torque, high overload capability, lower cost, small size and energy saving.
