缸套与活塞环摩擦磨损试验机

Abstract

The utility model relates to a cylinder sleeve and piston ring frictional wear testing machine, which adopts a frequency converter to control the rotational speed of a motor and adopts a temperature controller to control the temperature of a heating ring. Radial loading is carried out to a piston ring by using a piston ring radial loading device comprising a loading nut, a screw rod, an inner taper sleeve and an outer taper sleeve; the loaded load magnitude is monitored through the strain of a strain gauge measuring screw rod; and the change of the surface appearance of a cutting blade at the part of the top dead center of the sampling cylinder sleeve is tested during the frictional wear process; the frictional force is measured by a sensor in real time to eliminate the influence of the inertial force of a moving part on the measuring result of frictional force, so that the measured frictional force is more accurate; the temperature of the cylinder sleeve and the piston ring is heated by using the heating ring to simulate the working temperature of the cylinder sleeve and the piston ring; and the surface appearance of the top dead center is measured by the cutting blade of the cylinder sleeve to better simulate the frictional wear performance of the air cylinder and piston rod materials under different operating conditions. The testing machine has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, low cost and good practical use.
一种缸套与活塞环摩擦磨损试验机,采用变频器控制电机转速、温控仪控制加热圈的温度;用加载螺母、螺杆、内锥套和外锥套构成的活塞环径向加载装置对活塞环进行径向加载并通过应变片测量螺杆的应变实时监测所加载荷的大小,通过对试样缸套上止点部分切割片测试摩擦磨损过程中表面形貌的变化;通过传感器实时测量摩擦力,消除运动部件惯性力对摩擦力测量结果造成的影响,使测量得到的摩擦力更加精确;用加热圈对缸套与活塞环温度进行加热,以此模拟缸套与活塞环的工作温度;通过缸套切割片测量上止点的表面形貌,能很好地模拟不同工况下的缸套与活塞环材料的摩擦磨损性能。该试验机结构简单,操作方便,造价低,具有很好的实用性。
