Abstract

The utility model relates to a modular electronic-type dedusting purification device which is designed for underground use and comprises a casing, a preposing filter screen, a dust collecting plate and an activated carbon filter-screen. An air inlet and an air outlet are formed on the casing; the preposing filter screen is arranged on one side inside the casing close to the air inlet; the activated carbon filter-screen is arranged on one side inside the casing close to the air outlet; and the dust collecting plate is arranged between the preposing filter screen and the activated carbon filter-screen. The modular electronic-type dedusting purification device designed for underground use is characterized in that a photocatalyst coat is included; and the surfaces of the casing, the preposing filter screen, the dust collecting plate and the activated carbon filter-screen are coated with the photocatalyst coat. Because the photocatalyst coat is applied, the mildew resistance and the erosion resistance of the device are enhanced, the efficiency of the device is improved, and the service life is prolonged; and because the photocatalyst coat is applied, the capacity of the purification device for processing noxious substances is improved, the efficiency for processing the noxious substances such as formaldehyde, ammonia gas, benzene and benzene series, TVOC and the like as compared with the common dedusting purification device is higher, and the processing range for air noxious substances is wider.
一种地下专用电子式除尘净化装置,包括壳体,前置滤网,集尘板,活性炭滤网,在壳体上设有进风口和出风口,前置滤网设在壳体内靠近进风口的一侧,活性炭滤网设在壳体内的靠近出风口的一侧,前置滤网和活性炭滤网之间布设有集尘板,其特征在于,该地下专用电子式除尘净化装置包括有光触媒涂层,涂设在壳体、前置滤网、集尘板、活性炭滤网的表面上。通过涂设光触媒涂层,提高了装置整体的抗霉、抗腐蚀性,从而提高装置的效率和使用寿命,又通过涂设光触媒涂层,提高了净化装置处理有害物的能力,较普通除尘净化装置处理甲醛、氨气、苯及苯系物、TVOC等有害物的效率更高,而且处理空气有害物的范围更广。
